Kat Drechsler
Hey everyone! I’m Kat Drechsler, a personal trainer here at Reps 2 Results in Plainville, CT! I’ve been an athlete my whole life! I spent 14 years as a competitive gymnast and later transitioned into Acrobatics & Tumbling at the collegiate level.
This NCAA sport, created by women for women, taught me the value of strength, resilience, and growth; both physically and mentally. Now, I bring that same mindset into my work as a personal trainer. My mission is simple: to help you become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself, inside and out. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up your routine, I’m here to empower and support you every step of the way.
