When I approached Mike for Personal Training, I was fed up with the “big box gym” environment. I was intimidated and had no clue how to use the machines. I had worked with several trainers previously, in many different gyms, and realized that it is not my style. So I really liked the idea of a smaller studio, with no distractions and actual one-on-one training - and I have loved every second of it since!
Not even a week after I started training with Mike, I got sick with COVID. I became very ill, and Mike checked in on me every single day to see how I was feeling. This meant so much to me. He truly cares about his clients like they are part of his family. After I got over COVID, I was training with Mike three times per week to make up for my lost sessions. He was so accommodating to fit me into his busy schedule, and I was very appreciative of this. He also knew I was scared to get back into working out, considering how sick I was and I hadn’t worked out in two weeks. He was so patient and encouraging during this time. He geared my workouts to make sure I wasn’t overdoing it, but still building my strength back up. He pushed me, but not too hard. He knew exactly what I needed. After training diligently with Mike for three weeks, I decided to get back on the spin bike. I was worried about doing intense cardio because my lungs had taken a hit when I was sick. My first spin class back was incredible and I know I could not have gotten thru it without all the strength training Mike and I did together!
Mike is very focused on helping his clients meet their goals. For me, it is weight loss and losing body fat. In less than two months (including a small setback when I got sick), I am down almost 6lbs and almost 5% body fat. I am feeling better and stronger than ever!
It is evident that Mike takes a lot of pride in what he does and helping people live a happier and healthier life. If you’re looking for an amazing trainer who listens and truly cares about your health and fitness goals, and you as a person, go see Mike ASAP. You won’t regret it!

Before I started working with Mike, I hated going to the gym alone. I always felt lost and confused. With Mike’s help and the accessibility of his app, it gave me the confidence I needed and helped me make sure I was doing the workouts properly.. Mike is very motivating and helps me stay on task. One of the best decisions I’ve made so for in 2021 was joining Mike’s team. I joined his team to gain weight mainly legs and my pictures show the results. He asked me once what my main goal was I told him and he made it happen. I trusted him/process and he didn’t fail.
